Developer Measure of Experience end of year results are now out

As many of you know, D-MeX is the measure that our regulator Ofwat uses when measuring our developer customers’ satisfaction.
Our 2022/23 Levels of Service performance remains high with an annual score of 99.95%.
By adding our customer satisfaction results this provides us with an overall D-MeX performance score of 84.68% (an increase on last year).
Thank you to all of you who have been surveyed. We’re continuing to improve the service we deliver to developers based on feedback and our June developer forum was rated 97% positively by those of you who attended.
