Every year, we publish a new schedule of charges that are calculated in line with current legal requirements and the latest guidance received from our regulator Ofwat.

While our charges are variable based on the size of your development, our statement of changes document here shows the approximate costs for some scenarios including providing services to a single property, block of flats as well as small, medium and large housing developments. As every development is different, these charges aren’t representative, but can give you a starting point.

How we calculate our charges
As a not-for-profit company, we don’t have shareholders. Our charges for our developer services are based on the cost of delivering the service only; we don’t make a profit on our services.
Every year, we recalculate our charges based on the resource needed to perform them, plus the cost of any materials, to make sure that they remain accurate and cost reflective.
Our customer service commitment
As a company that’s owned and managed on behalf of our customers, we go as far as possible to get it right first time, every time, but sometimes things go wrong.
Here's our promise to you when things go wrong: we will put it right as quickly as possible and where we fail to meet our levels of service we will give you an apology (including our plans to prevent it from happening again) and financially reimburse you.
