Developer Measure of Experience (D-MeX) end of year results are now out

We’ve been leading the industry in terms of developer customer service since the WaterUK Levels of Service metrics were introduced in 2015. As many of you know, D-MeX is the new measure that our regulator Ofwat uses when measuring our developer customers’ satisfaction.
We’ve just had our final results released for this year (2021-22), putting our Levels of Service score at 97.61%. By adding our customer satisfaction score this provides us with a combined score of 82.7%.
Thank you to all of you who have been surveyed. We’re continuing to improve the service we deliver to developers based on feedback:
- We’re investing a significant amount in our new online developer portal, with new functionality set to launch this year so you can apply for and track even more of your applications online
- Our second virtual developer forum (which took place in June 2021) was rated an average of 4.2 out of 5 stars by those of you who attended
