At Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, we always strive to improve our performance. One of the ways we do this is to listen to our customers and change our services based on the feedback they give us.

Alongside the feedback we’ve received from customers, we’re committed to improving your experience… Introducing our new online portal which has been designed with your needs in mind. We’ve invested substantially in this innovative system so that for the first time you can now view and submit applications and track their progress at the touch of a button.

What's happening when?

Here’s a timeline to illustrate what’s happening when:

From 8am 12th October 2020
You can register for an account and use the portal to apply for 5 applications:

  • New sewer connection
  • New water connection
  • Adoption of a public sewer
  • Public sewer diversion
  • Building over a sewer

After you’ve applied using the portal, you’ll then be able to track the progress of your application.

2021
The remaining applications will be added to the portal… watch this space for more updates!
