Developer Measure of Experience end of year results are now out

Our 2021/22 Levels of Service performance remains high with an annual score of 99.92% (2.4% increase from last year).
By adding our customer satisfaction results this provides us with an overall D-MeX performance score of 83.94% (1.5% increase on last year).
Thank you to all of you who have been surveyed. We’re continuing to improve the service we deliver to developers based on feedback and our June developer forum was rated 100% positively by those of you who attended.
