Developer Measure of Experience Q3 results are now out

We’ve been leading the industry in terms of developer customer service since the WaterUK Levels of Service metrics were introduced in 2015. As many of you know, D-MeX is the new measure that our regulator Ofwat uses when measuring our developer customers’ satisfaction.

We’ve just had our quarter three results released for this year (2021-22), putting our year-to-date Levels of Service score at 97.62%. By adding our customer satisfaction score this provides us with a combined score of 82.12% so far.

Thank you to all of you who have been surveyed. We’re continuing to improve the service we deliver to developers based on feedback:

  • 83% of you who have used our new online developer portal (launched in October 2020) are either satisfied or more than satisfied by it
  • Our first virtual developer forum (which took place in January 2021) was rated an average of 4 out of 5 stars by those of you who attended, and it seems like you particularly enjoyed our guest speakers from Ofwat and Welsh Government
